What the certification is
The TEAM.AS.ONE Team Psychological Safety Certified Practitioner Program is our flagship training for people who develop teams. It is practical and evidence-based: you learn the model, the diagnostic, and a full toolkit — and how to put them to work with real teams.
It is delivered through a global network of Master Facilitators, each trained to run the program in their own language and context.
