Team development

Develop a real team, on its real work.

Bespoke programmes, typically 3 to 6 months, built around your team's actual challenges. Depending on what the team needs, Peter draws on facilitation, Action Learning, a range of coaching approaches, and team-specific tools — the team gets more effective at the work and more effective as a team, at the same time.
