The short version: the only personal data this website collects is what you type into the contact form, and it is used for one thing — to reply to you. There is no advertising, no analytics and no tracking.

Who we are
This website is run by TEAM.AS.ONE Ltd. (TEAM.AS.ONE), based in Bangkok, Thailand. For anything on this page, including any request about your data, contact peter@teamasone.com.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, country, the topics you tick, and your message. Nothing else on this site asks for or records personal information.
Our host also keeps standard server logs (including IP addresses) for security and to keep the site running. That is normal technical operation, not something we analyse.
Why we use it, and on what basis
To read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the only purpose. Under the GDPR our basis is your consent, given by sending the form, and our legitimate interest in answering people who get in touch. We do not use your details for marketing unless you have separately asked us to, and we never sell or rent them.
Who else sees it
The site is hosted with GoDaddy. When you send the contact form, our own web server turns it into an email to us — nothing is stored in a database on the website. That email travels through GoDaddy's mail systems and arrives in our mailbox, which is run by Microsoft. These providers may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States. We do not share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
For as long as it takes to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than we have a reason to. If you would like your message and details deleted, email us and we will remove them.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising and no profiling — which is why you are not being asked to accept a cookie banner.
Content from other sites
Some pages include content from, or link out to, other services — YouTube videos, Amazon book pages, LinkedIn. Those services have their own privacy policies and we cannot control what they do.
On pages with videos, the still preview image is loaded from YouTube's servers when the page opens, so YouTube can see your IP address even if you never press play. The video player itself loads when a video scrolls into view on your screen (on phones, only when you tap it), and it runs in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which means YouTube does not set advertising cookies unless you actually play a video.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it at all. Email peter@teamasone.com and we will act on it. If you are in the EU or UK and you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If we change how this site handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
